The Not So Fast World of Comcast

Last Thursday (Oct. 26th) I discovered that I could not log onto my email account nor could I log onto Comcast. I was no longer recognized as a valid customer. Some how in the change over on their email format I was lost. Comcast informed me that it would take 24 to 72 hours to correct the problem (it was a problem on their end). Today is Oct. 31st, well past the 72 hour mark and I still have no email and I am still not recognized as a customer by Comcast.

The Comcast broadband my be fast, but their customer service definitely is not fast by any standard.
